The Biolink Project: The Book

Mapping Earth and Human Body

Every thing and place on Earth has a function and, bizarrely, the human body copies these functions. This book explores these connections.

Synopsis

Is it possible that when life emerges on a planet, it inherits the planet's internal structure and interconnected processes?

This book explores how Earth's history, evolution, and natural landmarks are mapped to the structure and growth of our own human body.

Hello and welcome to my Kickstarter pre-launch landing page!

In this book, through engaging and innovative maps and illustrations, we will examine the patterns that shape our history, Earth’s geography, and geology from the perspective of human biology

Are there parallels between ancient civilizations like the Sumerians or Mesopotamians and how our own midbrain evolves

Did Silk Road traders play a similar role for Earth as certain connections in our bodies that help things like nutrients and hormones move around

What do Lake Victoria and your aorta have in common?

Are these patterns for real or are they just mind-blowing coincidences?

You are invited on this unique journey that connects biology, anthropology, history, geography, and more.

The Mission

The Biolink Project seeks to explore the fundamental interconnections of Earth and deepen our understanding and appreciation for our home planet and its inhabitants through books, maps, and games.

Why is this book special?

The Biolink's first edition offers a unique and unfiltered glimpse into novel information

This is the debut of extraordinary insights, and an exclusive opportunity to be part of something new, original, and exciting. Embracing hypotheses but leaving room for further exploration, this edition showcases the inner workings of the author's thoughts and ideas.

While future versions of this book will evolve and improve upon its formulations, the inaugural edition holds the distinction of being the first in this potentially groundbreaking series.

This may also be the only edition with a community investigation and research reward level.

Who is this book for?

The book and map set's captivating exploration of our world is designed for curious minds who welcome a fresh perspective on how we see our planet and its inhabitants.

This work is perfect for:

  1. History, geography, anthropology, biology, geology enthusiasts.

  2. Puzzle admirers who enjoy dissecting intriguing mysteries and connecting the dots.

  3. Curious minds who are ready to discover fascinating connections to Earth's past, present, and future.

  4. Detective mystery book lovers who are energized by the process of investigative work.

  5. Families who want to ignite curiosity in their children and foster a deep appreciation for Earth and its rich history and diverse geography.

  6. Adventure-seekers challenged by the prospect of new patterns hidden in plain sight.

Whether you're an avid learner, a puzzle lover, or simply curious about the world around you, this book will engage your mind, spark your imagination, and broaden your understanding of our remarkable planet.

The Structure

The book will follow a model where we start with a question. Some questions will be from the perspective of a biology, like "how does the gut-brain axis form in embryo?" or "what happens to the surrounding organs when the liver starts expanding", then move into history, geography, anthropology or a relevant science discipline, look for similarities and pose a hypothesis, like "what if this part of Earth or this historic event fits into the biological behavior of organs and their functions under investigation". Once the hypothesis is formed, we will start experimenting and draw parallels from all the branches of science and gather data for observation. Some questions will form from a historical perspective, like "how did Egyptian civilization form in isolation and became one of the cradles of civilization? Why specifically in this area and this many years ago?" The same process will follow, form a hypothesis, gather observable data, experiment with different scenarios and arrive to a conclusion. Pretty much following the Scientific Method to a possible degree under circumstances.

These are some chapter examples you will encounter in the book. Please note the list is not final and can change as the creative process moves forward.

Themes

Each chapter explores a specific theme, using disciplines like history, biology, anthropology, geology, and more to form hypotheses and conduct investigative research. However, we won't reveal all the details upfront, as we want to preserve the excitement of solving the mysteries together. Think of it as a thrilling detective journey where we piece together clues from various fields to gain a deeper understanding of our world. Get ready for an engaging intellectual adventure!

Social Sciences

History, Geography Anthropology, even Political Sciences and International Relations play a significant role in our  journey

Physical Sciences

Geology, Oceanology, Atmospheric and Earth sciences come into play and help us form hypotheses and draw similarities

Biological Sciences

Our journey follows human embryonic development to explain the planetary evolution from biology's perspective

“It wasn't about proving the theory true or possible; it was about the wonder of the connections themselves and how they deepened our appreciation for our home planet.”

Welcome to this Kickstarter pre-launch page! If you're here, chances are you discovered this through friends or family who shared it within their network. I'm excited to connect with you! If I had to describe myself in two words, it would be family and entrepreneurship. When I'm not with my family, I work on building a learning platform at Zealoq and assist others in delivering their projects at Redkite.

I'm not a scientist, philosopher, or politician, so what does a guy like me do when he uncovers intriguing connections between human history, geography, geology and the inner workings of our bodies?

I got my masters degree in biomedical engineering and the topic always stayed dear to me, I never pursued it and can’t be qualified as a scientist - so back in 2018, when I first got that "huh?! no way!… wow!" moment, instead of pursuing an academic path, I embarked on a personal research journey. Night after night, I delved into books and articles, uncovering fascinating connections and encountering challenges along the way. Over time, my hypotheses began to align, and a larger picture emerged.

I started sharing my findings with friends, family, and even my kids. The captivating patterns sparked engaging discussions and lit the interest of those with an appreciation for anthropology, history, geography and more.

What I realized was that it wasn't about proving the theory true or possible; it was about the wonder of the connections themselves and how they deepened our appreciation for our home planet.

Inspired by this realization, I decided to share this story through books, maps, and possibly even games

I want to invite you to join me on this journey by supporting my upcoming Kickstarter campaign. If you're intrigued by the idea and would like to stay updated, please leave your email to join the waitlist. I'll be sending out surveys to gather your feedback and ensure the rewards system aligns with your preferences.
